Hello frnds,
I need info on H1 visa...I am in UK frm past 5 years...One of the consultancy in us offered me a job in CA...They tried to took me there with B1 visa for 6 months and then H1 visa from OCT ...But Unfortunately my B1 visa got regected few days back...But I was told by them that they are filing H1 papers and most likely I may attend H1 visa on april end..My doubt is Is there any chance of H1 visa to be rejected ...embassy I am attending is UK...Please frnds give ur advice...I have more than 6 years it experience.... |

H1 transfer is basically only when u change companies.
Location change - They need to file LC in that area.
Some 4-5 years back INS arrested some desi consultants in Austin as their visa was approved for some place but they are working in another place. This happened as some competitor to a staffing company complaine dto INS.
Typically staffing companies have open LCs in almost all the states they operate |

akkarledu but when your H-1 needs to be re-issued ( normally after 3 years ), sal change annadi include chesi aa application koncham marchali. also salary ekkuvaithe normal ga no probs, thakkuvaithe koncham alochinchali |

no there isn't.
I have my h1 for over a year. ive had one h1 transfer. both the times, i have been told to contact the lawers before i left the country. bu they never told me about this rule. |
