u can call them and schedule for exam directly and take it

Iam planning to take 1Z0-007 Introduction to Oracle9i: SQL exam. Ee exam ki registration fee 90 dollars ani vinnanu.

But just recently, ORacle website lo chooste, I have to get atleast one hands-on training from oracle institution to recieve the certificate ani vundhi. The minimum cost is $1500. so, do i have spend $1500, to write my first exam ???
