Oohlala, thanks for the info. Old citizenship application says specifically not to mention about traffic tickets. But new one does'nt say anything. More frequently I hear interview officers asking for those documents. Reg dual citizenship, as far as i know SFO consulate accepted applications up until January17th. Esscuseme, google 'N400 traffic ticket'. You can read the response that traffic tickets don't count unless its still pending or you haven't paid the fine etc. Btw, I don't think Indian consulates have accepted the applications for dual citizenship. As far as I know, the process hasn't been released yet. |

Truecolours mama, thanks mama. I lost my traffic ticket information. Do you know which department do i need to contact to get information. Contacted DMV, they dont have it. Also, how long is the process time. |
