But the problem is my agency filed H1 which will be attended at london embasy mama... also for attending in india getting appointment at embassy is after 4-5 months right... |

mama I am not in UK but I did my MS there... r u working in India? then attend in India mama...its easy... Since u are permanant residence of UK and working in India I don't think there willbe any problems mama... |

Better to Attend in Belfast (Northern Ireland) Or India... And I don't think there willbe a problem even u attend in London as u Permanant Resident of UK.. Just try to contact some consultancies own by Telugu people who has mailbox and phone facility prepare the paystubs and experience letter and submit 4 years tax files and paystubs and bankstatements u will definitely get the visa... Babu mama My Sincere suggestion is Better to Try UK as you are permanant citizen of UK and there is lot of jobs in ERP and Datawarehousing |

Hi friends, I am currently working in india for wipro...I worked in UK at client site for 4 years for wipro...I am a permanent resident of UK..But currently working from india.. One of agency in UK applied H1 petition for me and which can be attended in US embassy at london... Now my question is ..there will be a chance to get my H1 be rejected as I am not working in UK now..Suggest me which embassy i need to attend so that Chances og getting H1 will be more... |
