Mamalu need some advice from you guys regarding the following problem :
Background :
One of my friend came to US in january on Student visa. Tanu US lo university change cheyyali anni try chessadu. So tanu univ switch ayyadu as planned. But somehow he did not like the university and switched to the same university for which he applied the visa for.
Problem:
Assalu problem enti ante, e entire process lo , mannodi I-94 Invalid ayipoyindi and he is not able to get his SSN because of which he is not in a position to work also. He is in serious financial problems. He needs to go to india and enter US again with a new I-20 from his universtiiy and get a I-94 and apply for SSN.
My question to you people is , what if he goes to canada and reenters immediatley with a new I-20.
Mi lo e problem face chesina vallu unnaru. If so Update me as to what exactly has to be done. |
