Brad mama, no worrie mama... if you have lost all the papers. Still you can get from respective county court offices. I am in the same process now.
next 5years lo, neeku time unnapudu antha okko county office ki phone chesi procedure kanukkuni documentation mail cheyinchuko....they will charge $5 for searching and $1 per each paper. thats it.
Also, as i mentioned earlier, if you are less than 26 years now, you should register in service
(OR)
if you are more than 26years you should get letter from service that you are nor required to register letter. |

It's a requirememt mama.... you should have filed all your prior year taxes. At the time of interview you should show letter from IRS that you have paid all your taxes. There is a number to call IRS and they will provide list of all your previous years taxes in one page.
Durga mama, are you eligible to apply....if so on what basis. Did you complete 5 years continuous stay after you recd your GC?? |

anyway need to find out more on these...
2-3 years lo citizenship apply cheyya levu mama. you should have continuous residence in USA for (5years - 90 days), then only you get eligibility to apply for Citizenship.
One more suggestion mama, I dont you know your age but if you are less than 26, immediately register for service by going to DMV. This is a must.
Also, in future if you have plans to apply for citizenship, make sure you preserve all your citations (like traffic etc)

also naaku telisi the intervention from immigration will be only when we apply for extension or for citizen ship. appude they check if we are utilising the residency. appude anni chek chestaaru ani vinna, like how hong you stayed out of country, prathi year taxes, etc...
so 6 months kanna vundakoodadu, atleast year ki oka saari ravaali, etc.. anni secondary.. as long as you can prove that you still require residency it should not be a problem..
also citizenship ki kooda we need not wait 5 years ani vinna, we can apply in 2-3 years and show sufficient evidence that we want to stay here..
