Mama, US sangathi naaku theliyadu mama, but india lo ayithe HR and manager interview ayithe kanaka ee questions adugutharu mama, ninnu nuvvu after 5 years lo ela choodalanukuntunnav?? question may be simple, kaani india lo permant jobs kabatti ee question adugutharu as they are going to stay in their company for long. Manager ayithee kanaka nee projects lo athayntha complex task edi?? Nuvvu nee company ki ee rakam ga upyogapaddav aa time lo. guyz and gals i got round 2 interview next week. i will see tech as well as HR. Its been long since (i should say never in US) i had a full fledged talk with HR (due to unexpected and worst circumstances). This is a small company which was bought by a big company (multi billion dollar) 4 yrs ago and hence its now know as with big name though the branch i went in for first round is smaller. if i get a job i will be with this branch only Now what should i ask HR as well as the senior VP. In first round i talked to the guy whom i will report. now three people the manager, his boss and HR. please do give some tips. I am googling too. I have few questions/ideas but if any one has gone thru this in recent past pls focus some light on it. MODS- pls keep this thread here until 2maro evening and guyz/gals do a priendly bump . thx in advance |
