Unless you are filing in eb2 under "progessive experience" experience letter are not that strict. It is not suggestable to leave the gap while you are working on H1. Then it becomes a status problem. you can show cap overseas experience or while you are on F1. You will need experienc letter only when you file for your I 140. But it is suggestable to have at the time of labor because you enter your resume at the labot time. It is easier change the resume at the time of filing labor. It is not a biggie though. |

experience letters ki verification anedi very rare case. I dont know if you have to submit all the experience letters. and if the company doesnot exist now, you could submit affidavit's of your collegues worked with you stating that they worked with you etc.. |

I have a doubt???? When we file for green card ( for labour at initial stages) do we need to submit all the previous and present experience letters. If we have worked right after graduation, do we need to submit all of them. If there is a gap of 6 months after graduation, will there be a problem. If we submit fake certificates, will the UCIS make enquiries, what if the company has closed.Somebody who got GC or who got queries can answer better, Thanks in advance |
