It is really impossible to apply before Sep 30th Deadline even if you have all the documentation.
Mine got approved in PERM and I have all docs ready, I am still uncertain whether mine will be filed because of the sep30th deadline for substition and Retro he has ard 600 to 700 cases to file |

so you have prove that you are eligible for eb2 and one other thing is labour approved should match your skills , pretty risky |

There is no change as of now.
Folks,
This is only for those who have been in on H1 for number of years and frustated with 7th, 8th years extensions, Wife needs EAD so that she can start working etc. For starters still you have plenty of time to file. Remember these prioity date always change and go back and forth. It just happend to be that they were current for so long. |

after sept 30 u cant use them
and with in 15 days u cant apply them
and it doesnt matter now since eb-2 date is 99
so its useless to go for pre approved
