Mama you can transfer your H1 when you are on H1 status , i.e when you are in US if some one has to do a new H1 I guess it will be a new H1 .(Quota issues etc), Best option will be enter to US , get job and when you have right option move on ! other Gurus can advice if it H1 transferbale even before landing |

Mama as I told you , if you have stuff come to US ,weather you have 5 or 10 years it does not matter ! Because every one of US will put a resume 10 years It or 7 years IT , Once you are in US then You can market yourself and Change your H1 for an employer who can give you 80 to 90 % of billing rate Even if you get a billing rate of 50 and if you negotitate with you employer for 80 % , you will get a 80 k, Most of the H1 people have no negotiating power becasue they are stuck with the GC, one thing is for Sure now the GC is going to take long time |

classmass babai , Just wondering if you are in US or India, if you are in India you have to think how you will come to US, If you are in US you need to think how to get a break , once you got the first break then after 5 months you can worry about the billing rates, |

Oracle CRM is not that good for a fresher, but if you are really good at it you can get good jobs cos oracle CRP resources are in crunch at present. But if its as a beginner go for oracle financials, oracle mfg or oracle supply chain management. for further info on any oracle CRP mail me at love_fast@rediffmail.com Thanks MM |
