sap,crm ivanni pedda tough emi kaadhu maama....HR endi evalaina oka 2-3 months course chesi dookeyyochu... elago job lo chernaaka indepth knowledge vasthundi experiencetho,daani mundu evalaina okate...hr volaithe it doesnt make a big difference  inturn HR people may have an advantage if you are into HRMS modules in these packages... |

how it will be if hr guy does sap srm or crm can anyone tell me and also i want to know srm or crm is it any technical side will it be any difficult for hr guy to learn these courses |
