Naku ithey ee cinema okka saari choodachhu ani anipinchindhi..Movie lo fights kodhigga unnatural gaa unnai(ofcourse fights anevi unnatural anukondi) unfortunately ee cinemalo hero ni powerful gaa choopettalsina avasaramu reason being Hero is a one man army he has to fight single handedly.. Though the fights were unnatural the animation was too good..
Songs between Shriya and Mahesh in the second half were not properly timed.
otherwise wat the director wanted to tell through this story was conveyed properly.. Mahesh was Arjun in the screen he was splendid. Ofcourse hats off to Thota tharani for his sets.they were simply superb.. Incidentally I had gone to this movie with a friend who likes Mahesh babu after seeing him in Okkadu believe it or not he does not know a single word in Telugu but he was able to understand the entire movie .Such was the action from all the actors..
I would ay this movie is as good as it is..
there would be no repeat audience for this movie
overall an average movie

Everenni bad threads open chesina,Bad reviews ichina ippudu everaina US lo movie choosthe thelusthundhi vallaki movie gurinchi.NJ lo aithe prathi show ki around 200 tickets and some times more than that.If any body says no to this I can open challenge this.Movie choosina vallu discuss cheyyandi leka pothe better to shut ur mouths coming and discuss with 2nd hand 3rd hand infos.
I watch the movie,the movie is good.The screen play is good.There r so many enternainment sequences which make the audiences make laugh,it is youth film an engg student saving his twin sister at any cost from her parent-in-laws and from himself,the songs r good for families,masses,youth,class,Scinsillating performance by Mahesh in emotion,family drama,trendy fights and what not in any department.The performance of keerthi reddy is also good.Shreya though her roll is limited she performed well within her limitations.Finally the set in night effect is teriffic,one can see only in BIG screen.No one can comment on the set without watching it on the big screen.
Final Verdict:It is a super hit movie in terms of every thing.

But this is causing drastic damage to telugu industry and telugu movie lovers in US. Ours is not a big busines like Hindi movies in US.

Only one show. Veelu chesukoni maree vellali.
Mundhei maana desilu baaga busy kadha, they dont waste their time and money. So they follow ratings.
Just think about Chain here. Maa vurlo cinema release kaavali antei, business starts from Hyderabad-Distributor-Exhibitor-local US county.
Lets ask how many exhibitors get into loss everytime they show a movie.

Even though its his personal opinion since he represents a major website people tend to have a psychological impact. They might want to watch a movie but to save 10 bucks they wait for the dvd/pirated print rather than go to the movie.

I think EENADU article on RATING SYSTEM is wrong.
What ever the ratings(reviews) different sites provide gives you the opportunity to decide wheather to go for a movie or not.
Why should i waste my money and(or) time on a bad movie.
coming to reviewers.. in USA also there are so many. I always consistently follow one reviewer who is close to my taste. So, if you like you can follow JEEVI or someone who is closer to your taste in movies.
Getting rid of reviews all together is plain stupidity.
I still remember old telug magazine reviews.... who never gave bad rating for any movie... The change that's happening now a days with IDLEBRAIN, THATSTELUGU, FILMCHAMBER, NONSTOPCINEMA reviews is good.
I hope people in India also follow reviews before they spend their valuble money on junk movies..

first half was good.. second half was like gemini tv serial... inka fights avuthe full comedy..
people in the theater were laughing more at the fights rather than the comedy scenes..
theater was 80% full.. dallas lo mahesh/ss fans evadu ledu anukunta.. evadu godava cheyyaledhu.
songs shot in the temple were good. others were okk..
according to me its an average movie..

Even IMDB.com has 10 point system and includes users ratings too.
This 5 point system and One man rating system really has a bad effect on US-Telugu audience.
Really to speak, -I got that much time, money and energy to see each and every telugu movie released at my place in US, but just because of this rating system, I avoid some movies. Aa cinemaku vellakunda nenu migalesina $10+3hrs lo nenu pedha ga vuda bodichedi emi leedhu.
I already saw the downtrend in this rating system followers. Hope a day will come when we stop caring about this One man Rating system.

Your analysis more or less is perfect but I would like to add few things here!!
They seem to have not gone to MADURAI!! But 2nd half to aa tamil features unna daggara daggara 100s lo janalni petti cinema ni MADURAI lo ne teesinattu convince chesina vidanam too good!! The temple SET was too good and Spitfire mama was very excited with that aspect of the movie!!
Mana IDLEBRAIN site vallu INDRA cinema lo unna visheshaniki 4.5 rating and yituvanti sunnitham ayina cinema la ki 3.00 rating ivvatam chala vidduram and rediculous!!

I have watched ARJUN yesterday (same show). I came a little late. The theatre was house full. Full of cheers from our fellow DB members.
As usual Mahesh acted very well. The movie was good in parts. Few of the scenes were picturised very well. OKKADU was a great hit due to repeated audience. This movie has only 1 or two good songs that can be watched multiple times. Too much graphics spoiled the show in fights. Scenes between Mahesh and Keerthi were good. The last fifteen minutes was bad.
My feeling is that movie is good in part but as a whole directed failed to present it properly. This movie might have been better made. My rating on this would be just average. Commercially it would be an average grosser (50 days movie). The success of this movie heavily depends on the future movies success.
Since I came in between the movie, I was unable to introduce to my fellow db members. I felt happy watching the movie with all of you who were in the show.

We were 12 to 15 as a group who watched the movie!! First half lo cinema ni serious ga yevaru choodaledu!! When it came to 2nd half there was a serious atmosphere in the theatre and naa pakkana kurchunna Spitfire mama atleast 3 to 4 times chala bagaa execute chesarandi konni scenes ani appreciate chesadu!!

i felt guna did a good job by setting the story well in the first half, the college exam scenes and the first fight in the canteen was set up pretty well and also the basis for setting up the sister senti was also good.
the second half was where the execution went wrong.

I don't know why such bad propaganda is being spread on some heroes while some are getting un-deserving hype by the media.
After watching Arjun, I really feel bad about most of the reviews that I have read on the net. Its creating an aversion towards the web based reviews and discussion boards thinking how low people can get to. Thats how I felt after watching and enjoying Arjun last night.

Madhura Meenakshi temple ni utilise cheyyaledu anedi I gues is a personal opinion. I thought it was aptly used througout the movie. Antha cost avasarama ante, I guess set start chesinappudu antha avuddani voohinchi undaru.

Hi guys
Had a good time last night. Mana DB vaasulatho maro cinema choosa.
We had a good time.
Coming to the movie. First half was average for me. Second half was very good barring a few comical graphical enhancements.
Overall, I thouroughly enjoyed the movie.
Sister senti sister senti antunnaru yes the movie is based on sister senti but not the usual kind of tear-jerking sister senti. As Jeevi aptly said the action dominates the sentiment which is a plus in a way for my kind of audience who do not appreciate too much of crying.
Yekkada kooda abbaaa saava dobbuthunnaru senti tho anipincha ledu. Picha yedupulu levu.
Fights were coool and would have been better if they had not used graphics (which makes them superficial). Graphics vaadina shots lo Okkadu lo unna naturality ledu (fights ki). Leni chota maatram they were good.
I won't brag about Mahesh's acting as its natural for a fan to hype it. I would leave it to the non-fans to decide for themselves.
In my opinion Jeevi's 3 and NSC's 3.25 ratings are not at all justifiable. It surely deserved a 3.7 rating.
My feling looking at the various reviews on the net is that either the reviewers are backing plain mushy mushy stories and giving an exaggerated rating for those kind a movies or they are plainly biased for their own good reasons.

Myslef along with Gaali, Jamadagni, Spitfire, I_love_reenu, Cinepandit, J2ee, Johny, SMS all watched ARJUN 2nd show in NJ!!
Theatre capacity was 260 and the theatre was almost full(around 230)!!
1st half of the movie was below average with that Murali Mohan evoking a lot of laughter!!
Most part of 2nd half was very good!! Last 15 minutes climax was bad but otherwise the 2nd half was great with a lot of emotion and the MUDURA MINAKSHI AMMA temple set was too good!!
Kevalam aa setting and MUDURAI ki pokunda MADURAI feel techhina director talent ki oka sari movie choodochhu!! 2nd half lo chala kick undii(except last 15 minutes)!! Andaru oka sari choodochhu!!
3 songs were very good and naa lanti traditional values ki importance ichhe vallaki movie lo konni parts oka treat!!
Cinema assalu baga ledu ane vallu ninna natho paatu cinema chusina DB members ni kanukkondi!!
