Lax babai, Suppose ur H1B is initially filed on March 15th 2004. U got ur query on July 28th 2004. Now ur employer responds the query on Oct 1st 2004. If u take Vermont Service Center they r currently processing august 2004 cases, but they give preference to ur query(as itz initially filed on March 15th) and it goes to the top of the queue. Usually a query response shudn't take more than 30 to 45 days. |

2 beers mama, He told he will answer the querry and it may take 1-2 more months to get H1 papers. Thats why he gave me one more option of fresh H1 . My question is how much time it will take to get H1 after answering querry? |

My employer applied for my H1. 4 days ago he got some querry asking to submit more info about the company. How many days it will take to get H1 papers after the querry is answered? Your advice is appreciated. thank you |
