Rajakumarudu :
Mahesh Babu: This charming prince made his debut as a full fledged hero in this film. He looks very handsome. His acting is very good. He did his role with ease. His dances are a treat to watch. So are the fights. He looks pretty tender too.
There are some excellent scenes in the second half that will make us realize how good is Mahesh at comedy. He is got perfect timing. He will the force to reckon with in the future.
Yuvaraju :
In 'Rajakumaruju', Mahesh Babu did not have enough opportunity to do sentimental action. This film has provided him a platform to exhibit the real acting histrionics. He made most of this opportunity by acting like a veteran. Dances are even better than that of Rajakumarudu. He reaffirmed his one-man-ship with a mime sequence that last for 5 minutes which really hilarious and enjoyable. Its hard to see Mahesh Babu in the role of father. But his princely charmingness carried the onus and did justice to his role.
Vamsi :
Mahesh: Just like his earlier films, Mahesh is a treat to watch in this film and he grabbed every opportunity to give his best shot. His dance in this film knows no limit. He did the emotions with equal ease be it romancing or fighting.
Murari :
Mahesh Babu: Mahesh Babu, as a complete actor, did his role with zest. His mannerisms are straight take-off from that of Superstar Krishna's from Bapu's classic 'Saakshi'. We can see another avatar of Mahesh Babu in this film. He did not show off his manliness or heroism in this film. He confined his acting to the role specifications. You can see the character of Murari in this film, but not the heartthrob of millions of teenage girls Mahesh Babu. In this film, Mahesh used Mantra T-shirts extensively.
Takkari Donga :
Mahesh Babu: Mahesh Babu suited the cowboy role very well. All the histrionics of Mahesh Babu are very stylish, yet not loud. In this film too, he proved to be the director's delight when it come to executing his part of scenes the way they have to be done. He took a great risk in few of the action scenes. On the screen, he should be complimented for the subtle, yet perfect, emoting. Off the screen, he must be commended for possessing the kind of GUTS in doing such a role of cowboy.
Bobby :
Mahesh Babu: Mahesh Babu is at his charming best. He entertained the crowds with his cool and underplayed comedy. But his mannerisms and diction is like the extension of his Murari character. His 'nautica' shirts and half pants in this film are really cool. He also shown guts in doing a film that none of his contemporaries dare to attempt. A must watch for the movie lovers who wants to see that sweet magical smile and super comedy timing of Mahesh Babu.
OKKADU:
Mahesh Babu: Mahesh Babu has shown a different dimension to his acting skills with this film. That is the i.n.t.e.n.s.i.t.y in his eyes. Without making hero uttering a single word, the directors have shown this kind of intensity by writing powerful situations in the past like the Chiranjeevi's introduction scene in Khaidi and Nagarjuna's chain scene in Shiva. Mahesh Babu worked really hard for this film and it showed up in the output. He carried the film on his shoulders.
Nijam :
Mahesh Babu: Mahesh Babu has stolen the show with his extraordinary performance in this film. He surely deserves an award for his histrionics. The way he says 'abaddam' at police station before interval shows the kind of maturity Mahesh attained with this film. This film has given Mahesh Babu an opportunity to exhibit another dimension of his acting and he proved himself again that he is no more just a 'prince' and he is graduated to the level of 'king'.
