nenu eppudoo antanu maava. website reviews or our opinions in DBs wont change the fate of the movie in AP.
I wish it become Hit. Problem is Mahi and Manjakka told several times as if the movie is going to beat the best of the best. Ofcourse there is nothing wrong in hyping as a marketing strategy. But at the end of the day they released with no Rammi Song and some scenes (what a waste of money, time etc.,). What I wanted to say is usually any film's Hit/Flop status should be first attributed to Director. For Hit it should not be Hero and for flop it should not be director.

i will see naani next week (i have some work in NJ and if it is still there). The chances of the movie getting screened in CT are very bleak unless I come forward for the screening myself. I always liked Mahi movies except for few movies. The point is if you start praising a FLOP movie it appears as if you are trying to promote. Even though NENUNNANU is not a good movie luck helped a lot for its collections. But for NAANI it appears like such chance is less.

Mama nuvvu cinema chudu,nenu rasina dhani lo emi thappu unna nenu voppukuntanu.I have seen the picture,I analysed it after my experience.Nuvuu cinema chudakunda nannu thappu pattavadhu mama.I can say definetly the movie is good.The slection is good.The only thing is draw back of surya's direction.The picture has hilarious comedy scenes.The picture has mother son sentiment.The picture has 3 good songs.The movie has unforgettable performance by Mahesh.If u doesn't agree with me come to NJ and watch the movie.If we don't satisfy the movie in my terms,then I can bear all ur expenses from connecticut to NJ.Other wise u have to give me a nice gift.

bottom line is if you are hardcore fan of a Hero you tend to like most of the movies and atleast something in a bad movie.
It happened to me way back during the post Siva days where I liked even Santi-Kranti (saw 4 times here its run was 21 days), Jaitrayatra (5 times run is 5 weeks??).
So as fans there is nothing wrong in supporting even if it is a bad movie. savaniki alankaram type. Nani story is good.Selection of different stories is good trend.Actually I personally like this trend.Mahesh as a good performer,he is trying to give variety of scopes to his career.Nani is not upto the mark only because of Surya,not because of Mahesh.If u read any reviews one can relalize the fact that the slection of story is good and the culprit here is the one only man Surya.He doesn't put concentration on commercial elements.The Movie has hilarious commedy by mahesh himself,Brahmanadham,sunil,ali,dharmavaram,ravibab u,good performance by Mahesh,Good mother child sentiment.The only lack is good screen play and some what tamil nativity.I personnally doesn't feel bore and I enjoyed the movie from the begening to climax.I personnally like the story well and performance of Mahesh right from the begening till the climax.I can say one thing,if this type of movies to be click the director's part should be more.The songs,I like are Nani vayesse,Amme palikina,vastha neevenuka,chekkare songs.The picturisation was good for these songs.The background music was not that great as AR's.I hope that the movie will go well if kids,youth,family like the movie.Monna flop,ninna average,repu hit.This movie has lot of chances to become hit slowly.Once the normal cinegoers see the movie,they like it and atleast they don't feel bore.
Even though the story is good the picturization is not upto the mark.The performance mahesh babu is unforgettable and hilarious.I observed everone satisfied with the performance by mahesh and hilarious commedy by Mahesh himself,Brahmanadham,sunil,ali,dharmavaram,ravibab u.So let us wait for some more days how it fares.As far as ny knowledge the movie is picking up from flop talk to average---to above average-----to hit.

I have watched Nani yesterday.
Here are my comments:
The biggest disasdvantage was that the Fantasy story isn't an acceptable one for our AP mass Audience who are used to Sentimental scenes / Bhari dialogues e.t.c.
It's a very good movie for the kids.
Mahesh will increase his popularity with kids a lot with nani.
Mahesh did a great job.It was s very difficult role for any hero.
Amish looked a bit older . But was really pretty in some scenes.
A couple of Songs were awesome. I missed the first song.
Mahesh & Amisha's dances were ulti in them especially 'chekkara ekkada' and Naaku Nuvvu' .
Some of the conmedy scenes between Sunil & Ali were Hilarious.
Overall this is certainly a movie for the families and City.
It may turn out be a decent hit with good publicity to get the family audience. |

Your backlash on Nani is equal to the pre-release hype of the movie.
Sunil's fart joke is irritating but it is for less than a minute in the movie. It's at the climax and was very short.
The movie on the whole is bad.
However bad, I liked a few things in the movie.
1) Intro Song. Simply superb. Never seen Mahesh so cool and mesmerising. Awesome song on screen. Its very western and trendy. Mahesh danced very well. Infact he was superb.
2) Mahesh attire and looks.
3) Amisha Patel. She was hot hot hot. No second thoughts. She was ooozing oomph.
4) A few scenes of Brahmam and Ali.
Other than the above mentioned, I think the movie can be skipped without a second thought.
Vulgarity has been promoted like crazy by evil-mongers. Its a big lie. Most of the vulgar scenes have been deleted. There were one or two at most. When compared to Nijam, Chitram, Alluda Mazaaka, Muddula Krishniah and a few thousand other telugu movies, this does not even compare.
Devayani and Aishwarya are an eye sore.

I saw the movie in nj. The direction was worst in the first half and that stupid guy i dont know why he took so long to make this movie. I will make the same movie in 1 mth including songs .
Mahi is really outstanding nobody can question it.
There almost 100 people for 6 clock show not bad even the ratings were bad. Mahi should defnitely think about the movies before he start a movie..
No matter Prince fans will be back him and I am sure he is going to come up with Blockbuster..

1) Choclate wrapper - for blowing whistles if you dont know how to use you hand
2) Cheap clothes - first day first show theatres lo janalu egabadathaaru. holi colors, booze etc., you clothes may get spoilt.
3) Head bands - our pawan sports scarfs in the film show your fanism thru branding... you also wear red colored scarfs or head bands.
4) digital cam - to snap meera jasmine's photos from the screen. its recommended you take a camera with night shot for good clarity. |

Johnny cinema ki handkerchief, Zandu balm chaalu. But here are special precautions while going to Naani.
1) Keep your own visiting card and contact details in your pocket. incase you loose mental balance, some one can guide you home.. ekkuva cash, valuables emi carry cheyoddu
2) Room sprays - Sunil fat joke entha irritation vasthadante, you really feel like the theatre is stinking. Use this then.
3) Hand wash soap, lubricants - For Amisha patel!!!
4) Sleeping tablets - The cells in your body gets weakened and you do not even get the energy to get up and walk away half way thru. instead of becoming insane watching naani, take sleeping pills have way thru.
5) Naani a 50-70 day movie - Ante cinema run 50-70 days kadhu. aa cinema chooseka 50-70 days varaku legaru. aa 'Naani coma' lone vuntaru. you can come out in a day or two with special medication which i took.
6) Dark colored goggles - screen lo colors gaji-biji ga untai. you will loose your eyesight. so to reduce that side effect, use these.
