I can open 5 theads a day which will be interesting. but they get spoiled in no time thx to bewarse section batch. I am not proud of it but at one time all my threads were HDT in IBDB and so is with rest of the folks.
as time passes by u lose interest due to various factors but i am sure once a quality thread comes up people will come back.

chalam dude ...those discussions were certainly worth our time.. lot of quality sharing..learned a lot..i used to be there 24/7 and missed a lot of other things(outside the DB) but never regretted it..

If you have time go and read a thread in Music Section of IBDB where there is a thread about lyric explanations. THat was one of the best I read in DBs.

yes IBM and SF mamas - many of those were good postors and explosive topics. decorum was maintained to a large degree. I am surprised VC had not moved here, thought he was good friends with jammu mama and would have known. many of us did have that 'bond' with IBDB. I msyelf took around a month to make the move I guess. others might need some prodding too.

In retrospect, yes they were the good olden days.
I was lucky to be part of the most of the those discussions.
They were passionate, insghtful and mostly meaningful. The "spite" and "disdain" was shown with "richer" posts as opposed to defying decorum.
I too wish those posts come back. They will be more informative, entertaining and most of all act as a incentive for continued and consistent presence.
