Rains is not complete solution. You are depending on Mother Nature for your problems. What we need to do is to attack the problem directly. 1. Setting up industries in specific areas - this generate employment and generate revenue for local gogvt bodies. 2. Encouragement of schooling especially vocational engineering 3. Improvement of Social Justice. The true measure of a man is how he treats someone who can do him absolutely no good |

http://www.eenadu.net/panelhtml.asp?qrystr=htm/pan el2.htm I think this is a good move from Congress Govt. There has to be an end to this unending saga. I personally feel the only panacea for Naxalisim is 1. Economic Development 2. Upliftment of poor 3. Social Justice Nothing else is needed to get rid of naxalisim. When there is improvement in the standards of living, automatically Naxalisim will vanish. Congress is partly responsible for this evil for their lopsided policies. But we need to estrange ourselves from the thinking that government is responsible for all the evils. The true measure of a man is how he treats someone who can do him absolutely no good |
