Venky was screened on May 16th 3PM in CT. There were about 60 plus people for the movie. It is not a profitable venture for the exhibitors but they had the satisfaction (read as gula/doola) of screening a movie. Most of the crowd was friends of the exhibitors who wanted to rescue the exhibitors.
There were some unexpected family crowds too.
The movie is OK. First half is good with some kullu comedy. FOrget about reasonings and logic. Second half is bad. Raasi Song adurs. Sneha is another Ravali and Raasi in making in size. She is pretty in second song and in one song where there are heavy camera JErks. Climax is another big comedy.
overall the movie is worth watching in a Tape with a good print. You dont need to rent/buy the DVD.
