If you follow news you would have known that election commission gave list of elected MPs to president day before yesterday...
How can any party form a GOVT before election commission submits its list to president?????
yesterday..president declared the formation of loksabha..and asked congress to form GOVt...tomarrow they are forming their GOVt with alliances.... common minimum program wil be announced shortly...anni minutes lo jaragavu ...
