Prince Mahesh Babu is one of those few stars who tasted success at a very young age. Of the eight films he acted , he got awards for four films. He kicked off his career with a Nandi for best newcomer in Rajakumarudu, followed by jury awards for Murari, Takkari Donga, and the latest for Nijam in the main category. Getting the award itself is a great achievement for any actor, but this accomplishment assumes significance for Mahesh Babu, as his father Krishna who is considered a superstar with more than 200 films , failed to get a Nandi till date, despite some sterling performances in films like Sakshi, Alluri Sitaramraju, Eenaadu and so on |
