The movie’s pre-dawn show at Tirupati and early morning shows elsewhere in the state generated super hit talk. Crowds are swelling at the theatres all over the state.

MegaStar Chiranjeevi features in this remake of bollywood hit MunnaBhai MBBS.
Shankar dada is a local goon with a good heart. He left his village for studies but ended up as dada.
To please his parents he plays a drama of being a famous doctor who mostly works for charity and runs a hospital on his father's name (Satyaprasad charity hospital).
His father is extremely happy at his son's growth and decides to get him married to his co-villager's daughter whose family had settled down as doctors in city.
Heroine's father(Paresh Rawal) discovers that shankardada is a local goon and humiliates him in front of his parents.
Dada decides to prove a point and decides to get a tag of MBBS to his name.
ATM(Srikanth), Venumadhav and other comedians help him in getting through the entrance and into the medical college, where heroine's father himself is the dean.
Dada manages to win over many hearts in the hospital and college except for that of Paresh Rawal.
In the due process he impresses Paresh's daughter Sonali Bendre too.
How he manages to winover his dean's heart and whether he becomes a doctor or not is to be watched on big screen.
A complete entertainer for chiru after a long gap in which chiru handles major part of the comedy. Even other comedians get totally shadowed under his larger that life image.
He is at ease in anything, comedy, fights, dances, drama or anything. His comedy, and steps would definitely thrill his fans.
Srikanth plays his role of ATM(Any Time Murder) with lots of ease and dances well with chiru especially in the title song.
Sonali Bendre looks dignified in a doctor's role and is at ease when it comes to dancing with chiru.
Paresh Rawal delivers a controlled performance and his histrionics, especially when fooled by chiru are watchable.
Anjala Jhaveri sizzles for few minutes, but the most suprising package is PAWAN KALYAN who appears in his already famous Gudumba Shankar getup and pours some gudumba into srikanth's mouth while chiru continues with his steps.
This is a real treat for MEGAFANS who wanted to see these brothers on big screen together.
Pattu Pattu, Shankar Dada, Chaila Chaila appear in the first half. Title song is well picturised while 'Chaila Chaila' was entertaining. 'Na pere kanchanamala' is composed by lawrence and is a treat for mass song lovers i which chiru,srikanth and rohit dance together, but the highlight of all songs is 'E zilla' composed by Raju Sundaram, and this song has steps that can drive any megafan crazy.
The original movie ends without any fights, but to meet expectations on chiru movie, a fight is induced in the climax of the movie, which is composed by vijayan and lot of string work is being used.
The movie got Super HIT talk in most centers where preview is being screened. A lot is expected from this megamovie as Tollywood has suffered too many flops in the recent past.
