if u have amex card and COSTCO near your home you dont need to have COSTCO card to fill ur gas for cheaper price.
goto costco gas station and pur in ur AMEX Card. It works only with AMEX cards. in the subsequent screen say other amex card. Then it will ask you to put the card again. then put the card in and take it out. Fill the gas and njoy the lesser price.
