i saw both cubes, mvoies with small set of actors and limited budget but very good return on the investment they made, both for audience and producers  |

signs - movie is essentially about one's belief in coincidence or whetehr trhere's a superpower above us 'handling' stuff. pay attention to the dialogue between gibson nad his bro somewhere in the middle of the movie. that's the crux. so gibson loses his wife in a freak accident and totally loses belief in god, for he was a minister himself and cannot digest the fact. now, all this aliens concept is to put in the spooky stuff, manoj style and drive us towards climax. so in the climax, his son gets saved. how ? several things happen.
first the kid has an asthma attack at THAT time, so the poisonous gases emitted by the alien are not taken in by the kid,
next the girl has this weird habit of water-phobia and leaves water everywhere in the house and it SO happens that the aliens are allergic/threatened by water and that becomes the alien's undoing
next, the brother who is a slugger of the ball in baseball gets the right chance with the bat hanging just around. all he has done in his life is swing and now he does exactly that.
so either one can assume all of these were mere coincidences OR one can assume there's GOD looking for us from above. so gibson belives the latter and gets back to his biz.

CUBE is a Sci-fi Thriller mama!
Scary movies 1,2 and 3 are funny, if u wann have more fun watchin the 1st part, then go watch SCREAM 1st. becos aaa cinema copy ne ee cinema
Lord of the rings3 is the last and best part!
Phone booth is a nice movie, Collin farrel was gud!
