http://www.nonstopcinema.com/nsc/news/display.php? id=325 In a interview to a leading telugu daily, Pawan Kalyan confirmed that he soon going to direct another film, which will be produced by his close associate Sharat Marar. Gowtham Menon, the director of Gharshana was supposed to handle the megaphone of this project, but he is replaced now. Pawan said he would never give up on his dream, of directing successful films and would make his attempts till he achieves it. He feels the experience he got from Johnny as a director and Gudumba Shankar as a screenplay writer will help him in this project. This film would begin along with A.M Rathnam’s Bangaram and would release after that film’s release. The other details of the project have not been finalized yet. He said one of the reviews went overboard and poked fun at his direction abilities. He said he wasn’t hurt but took it as a compliment. He defended himself saying, he was successful as a director in the film – but it was the dull screenplay that let him down. The learning experience from Gudumba Shankar was that – the story was not tight enough, and the audience expected something different from him. This aim of directing movies was not something new to him. Long ago, in an interview to FilmFare magazine after his second film ‘Gokulamlo Seetha’ , Pawan expressed his desire to direct and produce films. While he has already turned a director, let’s wait and watch if he plunges into film production. PK in Eenadu interviewd said aboutt Jeevi comment Johnny a lesson for people how a movie should not be directed. He said he took that as compliment daaniki manollu overboard , santha antoo coverings |
