Looks like the coming 2 days are going to be crucial. Those 2 fellows will give their statement, Balayya will be assembled in court..
Looks like for all the fans, they're not going to have sleep for another couple of days..

Emo Baabai, Mana state lo ilanti issues evaru gothulu teeyaru ani naa abhiprayam. Even NJR also does not want to create trouble to the state of affairs with fans and the film industry.
I think its AK Hhan and RP Singh's pressure on Home department and Jana Reddy might have resulted this. Because AK Khan is a clean cop and he resolved lot of this kind murders and even complex issues and he has good name in the department.
RP Singh is straight forward guy and he goes with his actions many times and he will not care pressure much. Samething happened when he is RTC MD and he took some steps like that one of them is hiring buses and reduce capital.
So why can't you think in this direction instead of political issue. |

Just 12 hrs back YSR said "NBK case ni Manaviya drukpadam tho chudali etc." But sudden gaa mare manishi kadu YSR. Who knows some one like NJR might be using this issue to complain to Congress high command that YSR is soft towards CBN's kith and kin as he was one time friend.

that is more complicated here. If NBK says that he did it but for self defence. Then BS, SC should charged with some offenssive. So do they agree for that? If they don't agree then NBK doesn't have any support because he didn't inform police first, he cleaned the accident place to hide the facts etc etc. So that might complicate things. Why do they want a statement from NBK now? Are they trying to corner NBK here?

That doesn't happen in case of criminal cases mama.
Since a shoot-out happened, it must be investigated even though no one lodges a complaint. So, it will 100% be proved that NBK opened fire and if you give a false statement now, it's a crime too.
The best you can do is to give the best possible statement. |

No mama, when they both are saying that they won't lodge any complaint against him, why should Balayya himself say that he only shot them for self defense?
Think of this.. If they both doesn't lodge any complaint, if Balayya say that he didn't shoot, then what is left? the cause would have been closed itself initially. Now, it will prolong..
Looks like till today, he is in sedation... But my hope is, there is oneday between attending the court (Today is Sunday in India, and he is attending court on Monday). He should start negotiations with his attorneys right away and do some good home work before attending the court.

Though they won't lodge any complaint, it's clear that bullets were fired from the gun belonging to Balayya's family. So, i don't think you can just say, i don't know.
Further, if he had given a statement that he fired for self defense, B.Suresh must be charged under attemptive murder for sure. And in such circumstance you can't expect peace from B.Suresh.

That's bad and shocking news. But little consolance is Balayya is back to Care hospital. But, I don't understand one thing, when BS and SC itself are saying that they won't lodge any complaint and they're heading for a truce, why Balayya himself says that he himself shooted for self Defence? Why can't he bluntly say that he didn't shoot? Added to this, if you look at the news, there are some big injuries to Balayya's hands and some injuries at his heart it seems. Looks like, they tried to stab Balayya and because of it, the incident might have happened.
Fuckers, BS and SC, I couldn't hide out my anger. Annam pettina chetine narakaboyaaru... I think monday, Balayya will be assembled in court. I hope and pray God that he should get a bail on Monday itself...
