Firstly we don't even know who is behind the attach on PR how come you assume it to be Congress not that I am supporting them?
Whoever it is they will take it one by one PR is gone now so they will have to wait for things to cool off and for general public to kind off get into routine. Only then they will strick if their next target is a prominent person.
