Dude proline, get 'aleve' from nearby pharmacy and use'em they are good for tooth pain.Also there is a ointment called oragel or somethin like that it is also good.
Careful abt dental insurance, coz dental is frekin expensive here, find out how much is a doctors appointment without insurance. if it is reasonable go for it and ask him for good pain killers (prescription drugs )
