well, it iss actually for the people who are born deaf. Born deaf leads to dumb.
there would be very rare cases where people are dumb but not deaf. But, as MF said, in around 99% of born deaf cases, they turn out to be dumb.

i thought it is the otherway around. i have known and seen several deaf people talking fluently. have seen a couple of dumb people (one is an elderly person in our village and the other is a friend) who were not able to hear. |

Deaf and Dumb
"Deaf and dumb" (or even just "dumb", when applied to deaf people who do not speak is an archaic term that is considered offensive.
Many Deaf people do not use a spoken language, thus they are technically "mute". The word "dumb" has at least an archaic meaning that means "mute". Of course, the word "dumb" also has another more common meaning now that implies stupidity, which is certainly not applicable to most Deaf people.
Given the long history of deafness, and the fact that Deaf people have been incorrectly assumed to be mentally deficient just because they do not speak, you can imagine that most Deaf people do not appreciate being called "Deaf and Dumb".
Today, anyone using the word "dumb" in such context is .... well ... dumb.

Story telisinde. Its freemake of Rajsekhar's Ahankaari. Talk is Average to Good. These days its carrying better reports than earlier. Songs are so-so. Movie might release in june or July. June is very bad for Megastar and lets keep our fingers crossed on how it will fare.

Bunny
Report is Hit to Super Hit. Songs are so-so like Vinayaks earlier movies.This conradicts SKN's report who says Auido is very good Out and out Mass movie. Songs will release on 15th of this month and Movie will release on 6th or 20th of April. Sarath Kumar plays father of Bunny and the story is all about Bunny making sure that tradition of their village is followed without much hassles. You need to watch whats the tradition on Silver Screen itself. Movie doesnt have a Faction backdrop, but the movie typically looks so!!! |

Mahesh will be a person who will do anything for money. Raghuvaran is a big political party leader. Raghuvaran will hire Mahesh to attempt a murder on him before elections so that he will get sympathy from people. When this is taking place, Venu will kill Raghuvaran. Mahesh will try to catch Venu and in turn will get into some small town. Venu escapes from the scene. Mahesh love story will start over here. I think the episode of all killing and all will come in flash back. Mahesh love story continues and Mahesh will flew to city and find Venu in the city. What happens later is what you need to watch on Silver Screen. There are positive reports about this movie.

Jr NTR is a Deaf guy in the movie and will be living in a town as usual to kill the goons. First half will be of typical Gopals way with some racy songs and kamedy. He will break the silence during interval once he killed a goon. The reason for him acting deaf being his sister raped and killed by that goon. NTR will take a oath that he will not speak out till the time he killed that goon. Second half is typical falsh back where NTR will be working for an entire village. There will be 365 houses in the village and one house will feed NTR every day and in turn NTR used to save the village from goons. In this event, NTRs sister will be raped by a goon(may be main villains son or brother) to take revenge on NTR and the story follows. There are lot of Negative reports on this film that it will be another dud like Andhrawala. This movie might postpone to June |
