Cricket legend Kapil Dev is acting as himself in a film titled Iqbal that is being directed by Nagesh Kukunoor. Iqbal is the story of a 15-year-old poor lad who aspires to join the Indian National Cricket Team. Naseeruddin Shah is playing another pivotal role. Subhash Ghai is producing this film on Mukta Arts banner. This film would hit marquee in June/July.
