Definitely not. Ultimately, the case will be cancelled and everything will be smooth. This initial hungama of Police will always be there. But in this case, they're doing too much of over action since this is the hottest topic in the state (Akkada Murder case la ke dikku ledu, ikkada evaru poledu and both the victims are already saying that they don't know who shot them), so finally what will happen? Nothing will happen. police lu baaga over act chestunnaru, idedo pedda jaatiya samasya ayinatlu. I have seen one of my relative and one of my friend's case as well. In both the instances, the victims said before Magistrate that so and so person attacked them or tried to kill them and as usual those cases went for 6+ years (ee madhyalo 3 nelala kokasaari, vaayidaala ki court ki attend avuthaaru). Then, at the time of final court hearings, after both the parties come to a truce, they say that, they have given that statement before magistrate because of the pressure by police or who ever. This is going on and will go on in the future, since there are lot of loop holes in our system. Pygaa, as you know in our country, it takes mininum 5 to 6 years for these kind of cases to resolve. Appdu reddy evaro raju evaro. So, don't worry mama. If you want you can check with any one how legal proceedings work in our country, don't respond to some of the petty questions by some fellows here who doesn't know the basics of Law. In each and every case, police will record the statement and in all instances, the injured person will say so and so person tried to kill me/attack me, but then why, 95% of cases not being successful in India? In some instances, both the parties fight till the end, but still the case will be cancelled. Here, the opponents are already ready for a truce. Police were not able to trace any finger prints on the gun. So, what will they prove? At the time of final hearing, Balayya also will change his statement. So, don't worry. We're not at all bothered about the outcome of this case. We're more concerned that first his health should be alright and get a bail and back to normal business, that's it. Even cops know that ultimately this case will be closed after x no of years but initally they do this hungama always, but because of the popularity of this case, they're doing more than what they normally do. (one reason, might be our Bolli Babu is a silent spectator to the on going happenings). |

First line: Police efforts are like never before in any high profile case. Trying to threaten even victims to not to change their statements. Is it just because of publicity, for sure I don't really belive in sincerety of police. Or do they have pressure from any ruling party people? Second line: Compromising, all industry bigwigs and N family well wishers are trying to compromise both the parties and draw an agreement. I would say they are almost successful in this but little late in making that. Can police win over the compromise? I like most: NTR and I hate most:Bolli Babu |
