I think you are very talented in writing simple and catchy lyrics. I like few songs written by you immensely. Some of my favorites are:
Nee navvula telladanaanni…(from Adi)
Cheekatitho veluge cheppenu…(from Nenunnanu)
Naa peru cheppukondi…..(from Pallakilo pellikuthuru)
I think you have great talent in you. But, I feel bad when I hear songs like "mokkajonna thotalo kukkalochayi, kothimeera thotalo kothulocchayi…" song from the film Subhash Chandra Bose. I feel disgusted about the fate of Telugu songs when I hear such songs.
I believe people will like simple and catchy lyrics but, not this kind of lyrics. I think songs like these will make any Andhrite feel cheap about the Telugu songs. I feel poetry is not just playing with words. Try to give an artistic touch to the song which will be heard by millions of people. We should not feel disgusted when we hear a song. We do not want a talented lyricist like you, to suffer from such criticism in the future.
