My parents today went for visiot visa interview.
I have sent all the required paperwork and my Dad also have taken stuff like his IT returns, employer letter granting leave for 6 months and all that stuff.
They rejected visa saying that he could be potential immigrant kind of stuff.
My Dad is above 60 years old and comming for the first time and I am the 3rd child(One elder bro and sister). Still they feel not enough ties with the country.
Q. He asked for what ur are going.
A. My Dad said to see son who is in US/
Q. How long u will be staying?
A. 3-6 months
Q. Since how long ur son is staying?
A. 10 years
Q. Is he Green Crad holder
A. Yes
Ur visa is rejected. They talked just for 3-5 minutes and didnt even see the paperwork or said the reason for denial.
I am really upset with this happening and arbitrary rejection.
Taking $100 as Applicaion fee and calling for interview they didnt even say why visa is rejected or see the paperwork. Moreover they said no arguements it seems
Dont know what silly reason they may give next time.
