Naatu babai.. I do agree with you but all of us commute to work by train, so we don't have cars with us now..we might take a cab to the restaurant after work..so going up North or even Devon especially at 6.00 ishh is like next to hell with the traffic & also its a bit far for Cab rides.. I feel.. So, any good one's in Downtown itself? |

no indian restuarants in chicago downtown..the nearest would be to stop by at devon..its hardly 20 mins keeping in mind that you have pretty less traffic during the noon hours |

Hey Folks! I'm sure there are some people from Chicago here in BTDB, but I'm not sure who they are.. so my dear "Chicago Vaseyulara" .. need some small info: Today evening, I need to take some of my colleagues & friends to an Indian Restaurant. Most of them are Asians (Not Indians) & a few are americans, so I'm unable to figure out which is the best option for me in the Downtown Area. I know about some good Indian restaurants up north in Devon Avenue & some goods ones Down in the Sub-urbs..but I've never been to the Indian restaurants in the DOWNTOWN... But as our office is in the Downtown.. going up north to Devon or into the suburbs is ruled out. So, folks please let me if any of you have got some perspective about a Good Indian Restaurant in Chicago Downtown with good food & also a good place to eat for Groups. I know about some high-rated restaurants in the Downtown, but I'm not sure which one amongst these is the best option: 1. Indian Garden 2. India House 3. Gaylord (This option is ruled out- we've already been there once in a similar situation) (Ofcourse Personally, I feel food sucks at this place) Anything else ??? Please respond to me soon!!! |
