Do you remember that you posted in a thread a list of names(I think those elected for TANA) and asked DB members to throw some light on their last names or some thing like that!! Ala DBllo kontha mandi caste based discuss cheyataniki utshaha padatharu but ala ani DB lu manesthe mana jadyam pothundi ani nenu anukonu!!

May you're right in context of stronger personality like yourself. But for me life in DB had been a emotional rollar coaster practically threating blance of my life outside as well. I guess I am on brink of embrassing a life I hate hence this decision if at all it helps.

ML mama, you make it sound like you are leaving the DB to get rid of your new-found caste prejudice. I would suggest staying within the DB and trying to get rid of it .. cuz if you think these DBs initiated that thinking into you, purging it from the system is a better solution than a temporary lid on the emotion ... think again ..

I was seriously thinking on what I have landed into ever since I joined IBDB and now BTDB? Having spent most of my life away from AP ever since my schooling I haven't been kind of exposed to treating or being tread based on caste basis. I had friends spread across all castes and never during our friend ship then and now have we let caste dominate our relationship.
But ever since I started participating in DB's I slowly but steadily got infected by this uncurable disease of caste based outlook. This attitaude in me was definetly promted by few vested elements who played along in DB's on caste lines in support of Heroes. I sucummed to their tactics and got carried away. But there were few times I realised what worong I was doing and tried to even correct myself. Even before I could put my thoughts into action I on provokation lost my cool and went back to where I started. With none to blame as like the saying goes Mana Bangarum Manchidi ayte
So finally I have decided that it's time to get hold of myself before it is too late and the best way of doing it is get hooked to much more meaningful passtime than DB. I had my share of experiences here and learnt a thing or two from each of you.
I sincerely wish all of you the very best and hope we togeather grow out of trivial things like caste and realize we're humans first.
