They proved themselves in Business in and around world wherever desis exists and it generated big brains who are leading some high profile techie and mgmt. jobs in India, canada, UK and US.
Some of the successful companies are Ranbaxy. It is the leader in speciality chemical used in R&D and the glass equipment in Asia. Do we need any more to prove they are not dump. I have some panjabi friends in India and over here, they are arrogant and individualistic. But you can move with them I promise u. Nuvvu malla nenu vaallanu support chestunnani ani nannu denxaku.
