i am 100% confident tdp will do better in telangana than what exit polls predicting
because its very very poor tie up between cong and trs
only areas cong and trs can do well are karimnagar,medak
in rest other areas surely tdp will do much better than what exit polls predicting

its a bad and improper tie up between cong and trs in warangal district
how can cong underestimate it self and its cader in warangal district and gave two loksaba and major chunk of assembly seats to trs ,in fact trs is much weaker than cong in warangal district
only poor logic is d.srinvas want to wrest many seats in nizambad district to cong side where trs is much stronger than cong and to componsate that trs is given more seats in warangal district
now with this improper tie up i can strongly say tdp chances in warangal dist has improved now
kadiyamsrihari seat GUNPUR which is once predicted to go in to cong-trs pocket is now in favour of tdp thanks to poor canvasing by trs candidate and cong cader anti
another seat which is sure in fav of tdp is PARKALA where trs did well in panchayat elections but this time it gave ticket to candiate who does not have membership in the party as a result strong protest on her candidature in the party,
on other hand tdp gave to a person who is having
good image in that area
mulugu,wardanpeta,narsampeta,chennuru also likely in favour of tdp
in chennuru trs is out of contest, its the contest between yettirajarao sons

Districts of Godavari are the deciding factor with 37 seats. East -21 and West - 16 seats. This time TDP is going to win 19 seats in East and 13 seats in West. No doubt. Tough fight was always there in every election. But ultimately People of Godavari districts have a strong feeling that they own TDP and it is there party. East, West adn Srikakulam are sentimentally attached to TDP. Its an emotional link. So brothers no doubt that TDP is going to win 80% of the seats in Godavari Districts and all the 5 MP seats with over 60,000 majority. Grand Success of Godavari Pushkarams is an advantage to TDP.
In Second phase TDP is doing aggressive campaign by blasting TRS. If KCR go for campaign in Coastal then people will throw him into Krishna or Godavari. |

Fundamental problem for TDP is disappointment in Agricultural sector. Pedda gaa cheyani neraniki siksha anna vidam gaa varasagaa 3 years saraina rains leka raithulu chala disappointed gaa unnaru. Aa disappointment ruling party paina affect padadam sadaranam.
If TDP really looses too badly in TELANGANA than we can just forget it. Because being a ruling party there tend to be some amount of discontent in even in COASTAL and RAYALASEEMA. So expecting some 100 seats there is over expectation.
But, if as per the ZEE, AAJ TAK reports TDP/BJP is getting 8 to 9 Parlimentary segments than it is a contest. Because than we can assume that TDP may end up with around 60 Assembly seats. That eases the pressure on COASTAL/R'SEEMA and even with some anti incumbency TDP ends up with 80 to 90 they can form the government.
Let us see!! Only unfortunate thing is thie TRS factor affected TDP's chances in the districts of WARANGAL/KARIMNAGAR/NALGONDA which account for 38 seats!!
People will learn sometime this TRS is like a BUBBLE and TDP is real!! |

NEW DELHI, APRIL 21. An NDTV exit/opinion poll telecast tonight has predicted trouble for the nine-year-old Telugu Desam Party Government led by N. Chandrababu Naidu, with the Bharatiya Janata Party-TDP expected to bag only between 120 and 140 of the 294 seats in the Andhra Pradesh Assembly elections. The poll predicted that the incumbent Congress Government in Karnataka and the Biju Janata Dal Government in Orissa were poised to retain power.
The network was categorical that the projections were a blend of exit polls in sample constituencies that voted on Tuesday and a pre-phase two opinion poll. The second and last phase of polling in all these three States will be held on April 26. AC Nielsen did the field study for the NDTV-Indian Express survey.
In Karnataka, the poll predicted that the S.M. Krishna-led Congress would get between 110 and 120 seats in the 224-strong Assembly as against the 132 it bagged in the 1999 polls.
In Orissa, the Naveen Patnaik-led BJD, along with it ally, the BJP, was likely to get between 90 and 100 seats in the 147-strong Assembly. The BJD-BJP had won 106 seats in the February 2000 Assembly polls.
The Congress and its allies in Andhra Pradesh were expected to get 140 to 160 seats, with others likely to bag 10 to 20. In the dissolved House, the TDP-BJP combine held 191 seats (the TDP-179 and the BJP-12), the Congress - 91, the fledgling Telengana Rashtra Samiti - one and others 11.
The Congress has made pre-poll adjustments with the two Left parties, the CPI and the CPI(M), besides the TRS. The exit poll in the Telengana region showed a six per cent swing away from the TDP, which went in favour of the Congress and its allies. At the same time, it said the pre-phase two opinion poll in the other two regions, Coastal Andhra Pradesh and Rayalaseema, did not suggest any backlash over the demand for a separate Telengana. Some parts of the coastal region too went to the polls on Tuesday. The voting pattern appeared uniform indicating that the anti-incumbency factor played a major role.
Moving over to Karnataka, the poll indicated the electorate was discerning. While a pro-Congress mood was seen in the Assembly elections, the voters appeared to be favouring another party at the Centre. The exit poll projection for 15 of the 28 Lok Sabha constituencies that went to the polls on Tuesday gave the BJP and its allies 11 seats as against three to the Congress.
The contrast could be seen with the Assembly exit/opinion poll giving 60 to 70 seats for the BJP and allies and 25-35 to the others. In the dissolved 224-strong Assembly, the Congress had a total of 132 seats, the BJP - 44 and its ally, the Janata Dal-United, 19 seats. The Janata Dal-Secular had 10 seats and the rest 19.
Orissa, the third State where Assembly polls were held, went the way of the Biju Janata Dal-Bharatiya Janata Party. The combine that was predicted by the exit poll on Tuesday to bag eight of the 11 Lok Sabha seats was shown to be cruising along in the Assembly elections too.
The prediction for the 147 seats in the Assembly was 90 to 100 in favour of the BJD-BJP. Even though the ruling parties suffered a one per cent swing in favour of the Congress and allies, it was said to be not strong enough to make a difference. In the last Assembly polls, the combine had won 106 seats (the BJD-68 and the BJP-38).
For the Congress and its allies, the projection was 30 to 40. Others were said to be getting 15-20 seats. The Congress had won 26 seats in the last Assembly polls.

Take 1983 : TDP got 203 and Congress 60.
Take 1989 : Congress got 181 and TDP 88(with friendly parties).
Take 1994 : TDP got 234 and Congress 25.
If you see there was anti incumbency in 1989 against TDP but the party was not washed out. In 1983 and 94 anti incumbency affected Congress much more than TDP in 1989.
The result of 1994 was because of 2 reasons.
1) Congress had NJR, VBR, CR etc etc., as CMs in the 5 year period of 1989-94 and people got disgusted by as fast as 1991. In 1991 Loksabha elections in 1st phase 17 went for polling and TDP+Friends got 14 and Congress 3!! Than before 2nd phase Rajiv's death took place and sympathy gave them seats. So anti incumbency was too much when ever Congress ruled.
2) Great organisational power of the General secretary of TDP, CBN helped keep the cadre active in the period when TDP was out of power and that helped party to easily bounce back with reknowned vigour in 1994!!
Ye mottam scene lo LAKSHMI PARVATHI nimitta matruralu!! Aavida ki kalla ki mokki undochhu seat la kosam but not out of any respect.
NTR, who is a great person should have confined her to house or should have asked her to look after the party affairs till she gets grip over the party, but unfortunately he ave free hand and that pinched the hard workers of the party. Thats the end of Lakshmi Parvathi and unfortunately all these deterioted NTR's health and the great man had a bad death!! |

infact votes percentage ganaka ilane vunte last time in more than 60 places TDP won by very lesser margins ranging from 300-3000 votes.
based on that no of seats are always varying even if the difference in percentage of votes is less than 5%.

I fail BB (Bolli Babu) in development works. He didn't get single big project to state so far. Not completed single big irrigation project so far. Raised electricity bill 4-5 times (actual * 4 ), still not even 60% available in villages.
Lifted prohibition, don't see any development wiht that money.
You say IT is good, IT is good everywhere in India. Nothing so great but okay he gave lot of publicity to the state.
no development, no long term projects. He spent all the time in office to accumulate his properties, his close pals properties, appreciate his lands etc.
So me one good big thing that is helping ordinary people who ge 40rs. a day by working all day if they get a chance to work.
Show me onething that he did to farmers.
Onething to labor (unions etc).
Nothing BB is big zero. I don't mean to say dusta congeyulu do better than him. They might do worst than him. |
