Mahesh Babu - Trivikram's ATHADU story is loosely lifted from 1986 hollywood movie Assassin. The original plot has been modified from a killing robot to a contract killer, but the characterization remains same. According to the story, mahesh babu is a killer who is assigned to assassina VIP. By the time he reaches there, the VIP is already dead...
CONTINUED....... Mahesh escapes from that place without getting into anyone's notice and meets Rajeevi Kanakala in train. They both try to get down at a station and someone , in an attempt to kills mahesh, shoots rajeev and he dies. They assume that mahesh is dead and return. Now, mahesh tries to replace rajeev and enters his village, where the story takes many twists and ends up with the main plot in which prakash raj is also involved. Mahesh is left with mysteries to solve like, who killed rajeev and why ? who killed the VIP before him ? why is prakashraj after him ? We can also see the influence of 'DA VINCI CODE' novel on this movie. Trisha plays heroine, who is seen in rajeev's village. |
