Andarivadu, which started off with an encouraging talk in the initial dropped and ended up as an average grosser at boxoffice, giving a break to Chiru’s hit run. It has already been terminated in most side theaters. Chiru’s movies easily cross the 8-crore mark in the first week and this film is no exception. The producer retained Nizam, East Godavari and West Godavari for himself. In Nizam, the movie made a share of 4 crores in 2 weeks, and 2.85 cr in Ceeded, 1.2 crore in Vizag, 1 crore in East Godavari and 80 lakhs in West Godavari for 2 weeks. It generated a share of 1 crore in the first 4 days itself in Guntur district (including fixed hires and share guarantees)ante exhibitors shed ki ani conmpirm anukuntaa. The buyers (except Ceeded) might scrape through and achieve break-even, while it’s not known if it’s a profitable venture for the producer Allu Arvind. |
