On the eve of music launch ceremony, hero Mahesh Babu had announced that his film, Atadu, would be released on July 29th. But sources told us that the film’s release would be delayed further. It will likely be released on August 6th.
At present picturisation of another song is still left. And moreover, with Nagarjuna’s Super is releasing on July 22nd, Jayabheri productions does not want to clash with it. A safe 15 days gap between this films would be ideal, hence the film in all likelihood in August 6th or 7th. It will definitely be a birthday gift for Mahesh’s fans. Mahesh’s birthday falls on August 9th. Mahesh’s Arjun was released on August 18th last year. It is now almost a year passed since his last release.
Inspired by Assassins?
There have been rumors that Atadu is ‘sourced’ from Hollywood blockbuster Assassins starring Sylvester Stallone and Antonio Antonio Banderas. But it is now revealed that Sonu Sood is playing Mahesh Babu’s nemesis, it added fuel to rumors speculating the film’s story. Trisha is Mahesh’s love interest in this film. |
