28th july - ATHADU ON AUGUST 10th... First it was 29th July then August 5th and now suddenly the producer says that Prince's most awaited ATHADU will be released on AUGUST 10th. When our team met up with Kishore and asked him about all the confusion's on the release date. He said that the post-production of the movie will be completed on date and he is all set to release the movie on 5th or 6th as informed before. But there are many other movies releasing on the 12th August, for which we might have to give away some theatres in our 2nd week itself. So if our movie is released on 10th we will not be having any such problems. And apart from that We will also have a 10 day opening week in which 12th,13th,14th and 15th happen to be public holidays. So considering all these factors Mahesh, Trivikram and Kishore have decided to release the movie on AUGUST 10th.

18th july - ATHADU ROUND-UP... PRINCEFANS.US rep. RAVI had a brief chat with PRINCE today,where Mahesh said that the shooting of the last song will be completed by the 20th. After this Manisharma will have to do the re-recording for the second-half, which takes him around 4 days. Then the DTS mixing by Madhusdhan reddy will take another 3 days. By July 31st all the post-production work will be completed. Getting the prints and all ready will take another 3-4 days. Keeping all these factors under consideration the makers of the film are planning to release the movie on AUGUST 6TH. The producer claims that "6" is also the lucky number for Jayabheri, all their vehicle numbers are also "6" and ATHADU happens to be the 24th movie on their Banner. As these kind of sentiments are normal for the movie people we have to see whether they will push the movie by a day or not. In UTTARANDHRA 21 theatres have been confirmed for ATHADU. Mahesh's 3rd project with Gunashekar will be started in the month of October. This project will be produced by Aswini Dutt on the prestigous Vijayanthi Movies Banner that has introduced our Prince through RAJAKUMARUDU. This movie will be released in summer 2006. Mahesh said that there will be no such huge gaps from now on and Puri's movie will be released for pongal 2006. Stay tuned for more....

APRIL MONTH LO OKA NEWS :
PRINCE'S most awaited movie ATHADU seems to be postponed once again!(ante already april kE chaala saarlu postpone ayyindhi anna maata) The makers are planning to hold a pressmeet on Apr 9th(UGADI).If they do that this will be the first pressmeet for the movie.When our team met up with Trivikaram,in nanakramguda,he said they would be finishing the talkie by the 1st week of april.After completing the talkie they would announce the details in a pressmeet.Climax of the movie has already been canned.The only part left are songs and post-production.So by any means ATHADU will not be releasing in may.Meanwhile Mahesh has his future projects ready.
