I think the point he mentioned is minority ladies ki small scale industries are good annaru.
I too felt this is true. Endukante... I have been with muslim groups in two districts and they do some works very well.
In charminar all these colorful/glittering bangles are manufactured in the gallis of tappachaputra and the slum beside mecca masjid. I have been there for a week to do survey. There the prime earners are ladies and the males are auto wallahs.
Another place I have been to is Nizamabad and there also muslim women are most active community in beedi industry. They earn food for the family.
