Vijayendra prasad got a golden chance to prove that he can be very good in screenplay with VV, especially after Balayya getting injured. Had the climax of VV been filled with just mind games and not going to Pakistan, stupid song and graphics, it would have fared very well. I blame the failure of that movie solely on screen play.
Reason LNS, Tagore and Nitin's movie with Vinayak became hits is screenplay. Unfortunately both are remakes. |

O sinna story. 
Naa cousin okkadu co-director. Bobbili Simham time ki inkaa assistant director maatrame. Vaadi daggara stories vinipinchevaadu okadu vunde vaadu Kiran ani. Cinemalalo pedda story writer ayipodaamani chaala try chesaadu.
Oka story chaalaa mandi producers, directors ki vinipinchaadu. Evariki set kaaledhu. Kodanda Rami Reddy (KRR) was one of those directors. The story was about a pair of twin sisters and he wanted Meena in double role. KRR Meena double role evvaru choodaru, workout kaadhu anesaadu.
Next inko producer daggaraki velli story vinipinchaadu. Vaadu storywriter ni ega digaa choosi "Ela kanipisthunnaanu neeku?" annaadu.
Manodiki ardham kaaledhu.  "Aemayyindi sir?" ani adigaadu.
"Poddunna release ayyina cinema oka saari choosi malli naaku kanapadu" annaadu producer.
Manodu velli cinema choosi shock.  Bobbili Simham cinema, manodi story screen meedha almost scene to scene, story credit maatram Vijayendra Prasad, small sange etante twins became 2 heroines Meena and Roja, director same to same Kodandarami Reddy.
Same to same scene repeat after few years for Simhadri with another writer and Vijayendra Prasad. Kaakapothe aa writer thelivigaa already story ni register chesaadu kaabatti compensation dorikindi. (IB lo ekkado vethukkunte ee story details kooda dorukuthaayi). Kiran gaadu maatram tharuvatha Life lo Wife ane chettha cinema ki story ichchi career  chesukunnaadu.

YEP bOOBILI SIMHAM is the first movie released in Piler in Balaji - TENT type theatre.. it got 75+ days with regualr shows and 106 dasy with 2 shows.
