Mahesh Babu's latest release Athadu is a happy screening for the exhibitors. The film is doing very good at the boxoffice, especially in overseas. Piracy makers are the front runners in successfully rotting the happiness of the exhibitors. A recent case of piracy was brought to the notice of TotalTollywood.com.

As per the exhibitor, who screened the film at a location to a record level crowd, is all set to screen the film at different locations. All the schedule details viz. venue, timings are all decided. The exhibitor realized a few days ago that one website is hosting the movie on their website. Surprisingly, the quality of the film is very clear and also contained some of the scenes that are not in the theatrical version. This exhibitor is concerned that pirated version might have been out even before the final edited copy came out to the distributors. This is an unfortunate event. Though the site was immediately down following the action taken, the damage is done. VHS cassettes made out of this online version started flowing already. The exhibitors had to issue notices to the shops to not issue the cassette.
