This movie set benchmarks to define the success of a movie especially for Jubilees and for the number of housefulls.
During this movies time, it didn't run with the purpose of breaking any records, however records themselves tumbled as part of the marathon run of this movie.
If this movie would have run with the intention of breaking records, the numbers would have been much more. Literal gaa almost aneka B, C, D centres lo all time record at that time. Even in majority of A centres, it created an all time record then. Aa cinema success oka charitra. |

Vijayawada - 4 shows full for 117 days , 3 shows full for 121 days was an all time record then
Vishakapatnam - 8 weeks all shows full, 136 days 3 shows full, a record then
Nellore - 55 days all shows full, a record then. |

Released in 25 centres of Ceded and ran for 50 days in all 25 centres and ran for 100 days in 24 centres - All time record then
In Guntur, first movie to run for 100 days in 10 centres.
Also, first movie to run for 6 jubilees in Guntur district. Infact it was an India record then where by any movie in any language didn't run for 175 days in 6 centres in a single district.
Ran for 75 days all shows full in Guntur Krishna Mahal - Non A/C All India record at that time
Ran for 227 days in Guntur Krishna Mahal, NBK had a 100 days movie (Sulthan) and a jubilee movie (SSR) in the same complex (KrishnaMahal & VenkataKrishna) and at the same time which was a unique record. |

It ran in record number of 100 days centres at that time - 74 centres direct.
Record number of 50 days centres at that time - 92 centres direct
Since it is released with less prints, later released in other centres as well and holds record at that time for late releases 50 days as well.
Ultimate All India record - jubilee in 33 centres. None of our current heroes till then didn't have a jubilee in even 10 centres.
First movie to run in 13 centres which didn't have a jubilee movie till then. |
