Mahesh Babu’s next movie “POKIRI” is a joint venture of Mahesh babu’s sister Manjula and Puri Jaganath's home production. Mahesh got a mass hero image with “OKKADU”. After that his three films with top directors (“NIJAM “ ,NANI, “ARJUN” ) have gone to dust. He became cautious after that. His latest movie “ATHADU” is a super hit. He wants to maintain that hit track and doesn’t want to give other flop.
In the other hand Puri Jaganath with his series of hits became a succesful director. But N T R’ s “ANDHRAWALA” ,his brother’s debut movie ”1 4 3” are disasters. His latest movie “SUPER” a mix of Hindi flick “DHOOM” and English movie “ITALIAN JOB” is an average grosser, only because of Nagarjuna.
With this current bad record, his movie with MAHESH is in a dilemma for a while. It is supposed to go for regular shooting from oct 10. The “POKIRI” story is nothing but blend of PURI’s earlier movies “IDIOT and BADRI”. But it seems after “ATHADU” hit. MAHESH wants to do some thing more and great. Mahesh is not satisfied with the final script and wants to change.
The poor guy puri is running out of ideas and struggling a lot.
So please help him with a good story for Mahesh.
