Yappygaa seyyocchu as long as u have I-94 stub attached to the new H1 Notice of Action. Onlything is if u leave the cxountry u need new stamp
Wherey rarely when u dont have pay stubs INS approves H1 petition but will ask u to go to India and come back then. |

One week lo vasthundi MM mama. If at all it gets delayed, it will be one more week, that's it.
But realistically speaking, in most of the cases it is one week and in some rare cases, it might be up to 2 weeks. |
