Yepp. I was under the impression In India we have to work from morning 9 AM to night 8 or 9 PM or particpate in telecons from home affecting personal life.

How did u prepare mentally for leaving US.
even i want to do that after a couple of years,i want to be close with my family.
Kaani i have done some serious mistakes in my career and i dont know what i could do if i go back.

Work culture is almost same as US because im working for US based company.But work timiings is tough.I dont like the work timings.It affects my personal life.Work load is almost same as in US. |

Howz the life in India after going back from US.
U felt it confortable in India regarding workload and work culture??
Regarding paperwork for Visa, stampoing should be cakewalk for u.
U may have to take Tax return for the last year when u stayed in US and the other paperwork should be same as first timers |
