Calories you burn > Calories you eat

A.Exercise

So to burn calories(get yourself registered at some gym like 24hr fitness):
1. Exercise: Best to work out is in the morning.It should be a combination of Aerobic(30 mins Joggin)+ Weights(30mins)+Abs.Aerobic to burn your extra pounds of FAT and weights for building your lean muscle which increases
your metabolic rate.ABS: Atleast 20 repitions for 3 sets.

2. Steam Sauna: All gyms have this.After all the workout get into it for 15mins.Gives you a lot of relief and relaxes all your muscles.


B. HEALTHY EATING

1. Keep control of your carbs. In the first few weeks limit to less
20 or 30gms.
2. Increase your protein content.
3. Take a Multivitamin during this phase.

In about 4 weeks you see your waistline decreasing.

There are no short cuts for losing wait and getting rid of tummy. It is very hard.

1. The very first thing to start losing weight and tummy is to realize the fact that there are no short cuts for losing weight. You need to cut your in take of food (especially fat and carbohydrates). At the same time need to do exercises regularly.

2. First have a plan. Check your weight and height. Find out what is the apprx weight supposed to be for your height and age and frame of body ?

Then plan for a phased reduction of weight. Don't do anything drastic. That is detrimental for your health. You might get kidney problems etc if you resort to those methods. First try to lose 5 pounds in the first month. Like that.

3. Tips

3.1. Complete stop dinner. Take fruits or pffed rice (maramarala) mixture with onions,tomatoes etc for the dinner. Or make some soup with various vegetables. You can also eat plain corn flakes and also use them in the mixture.

3.2. Eat half cup of rice for break fast and half cup of rice for lunch with some curries. Use calorie free oil (Palm oi) that you get in grocery stores.

3.3. Do regular tread milling for 30 mts to start with. You need to get rid of atleast 300 calories a day.

3.4 Ruthlessly avoid fat stff like ice cream, Non Veg, Oil , chocolates etc.

3.5 Try to avoid eating with the group.

3.6. Buy frozen mixed vegetables and use Palm oil to fry them in Micro wave and add chilli powder and salt to eat whenver you are hungry.

3.7. Also avoid soft and hot drinks.

3.8. Avoid milk. Or buy totally fat free milk.

3.9. One more dish you can eat whenver you are hungry is cut carrots,tomatoes (as many as you want), mixed vegetables, green chillies, onion,potatot (half), any other vegetables and add some masala and salt and micro wave it with palm oil and salt.


I lost 25 pounds in 4 months with this diet. I havve not starved but reasonable in my doet and with good exercise.

You need to take your wife's help also since it is she who cooks for you.

1. Cut down Sodium(anaga uppu) to Zero for 4weeks.There by your body will retain least amount of liquids.

2.Cut Cola to Zero(You should not take it as there is cafine in it just like cigarettes though CHIRU DOES ADVERTISEMENT FOR IT and it gives lot of calories into your body).

3.If you have capacity to resist?(Cut cheeze)

Chicken is very good for you as it is white meat with lot of protien in it and please eat as much as you can as it is better than man shit things we eat in US.

1. Eat no less than 2500 kcalories a day. Eat 3000 on days that you exercise. Eating too few will waste muscle fast, and that muscle will help you keep off fat.

2. Lift weights before doing cardiovascular exercise. You can do a small warm-up, like 5 minutes running or 10 minutes biking. Save the long cardio sessions for separate days or after you have finished lifting weights.

3. When lifting, the larger body parts (like chest, legs, and back) are more important. These muscles require a lot of energy due to their size, and will burn more kcalories when resting than small muscles.

4. Get adequate sleep! Muscles are built while sleeping, so 7 hours or more are a must!

5. Eat breakfast! You body's metabolism runs much faster if you have eat first thing in the morning.

6. Eat right after working out, and make it a starchy, sugary meal. By doing so, your body releases insulin, and any depleted stores of glycogen will be refilled. Try to consumer about 60+ grams of carbohydrates and 20 grams of protein. This may be the most important thing I tell you!

7. Don't work you stomach muscles too often; once a week is enough for all muscles.

8. Squats are the most unpleasant exercise, but may be the best. This is because it uses so many muscles. This causes a large release of growth hormone, more than any other exercise, which circulates through the entire body. Strange as it may seem, squats can truly improve all other exercises.

9. Keep in mind this will make you very sore! Deal with it.

10. Drink 10+ cups of water a day, and make sure to get at least 1/2 liter after exercising.

11. Cardio, like running and biking, only burn kcalories while you are doing it. Weight lifting causes your muscles to remain active every hour of the day, even when resting.

12. Limit each body part to 12 sets. For example, it is the day to do chest: 4 sets of bench press, 4 sets of dumb bell flys, 4 sets of push-ups. Or you could do four different exercises but only 3 sets each.

13. For each set, do no more than 15 repetitions. If you can do it that many times in before putting down the weight, you need to add more weight. If the weight is so heavy you can't lift it more than 6 times, take off some weight.

14. Begin every workout session with a area specific warm-up. For example, if it is the day to work chest, do a set of 12 repetitions with the bench press bar only. No weights. This gets the blood pumping and stretches out the muscles.

15. Change things up; do exercises in different order. If you did biceps on week with the bar before the machine, do the machine first the next week.

16. The weight lifting part of your session should be short; no more than 45 minutes. On days when you also want to do cardio, do that for only 20 minutes. On days when you are doing cardio alone, do no more than 45 minutes TOTAL.

17. Remember, you can overwork yourself, and if you do, the muscle will go and the fat will stay. Fat loss is slow; to lose 7-10 kg, it may take you until the middle of summer to reach that goal. Don't worry.

18. If you develop anorexia or bulimia, I will personally beat you with a blunt object of my choice (just kidding).
