I94 is for u and not for the company.
Since both the visa expiry dates will almost nearly same it really shouldnt matter what is the expiry date of I94.
Say that u are comming for Company A since visa stamp is of A. |

i have 2 h1(i797)thru comp A and comp B.
got the h1 visa stamped thru comp A
but planning to join comp B
heard that at the port of entry for I94, i will be asked which comapny
i wud like to work as i am holding 2 h1s.and if i choose comp B then
I 94 will be issued with comp B
is that true.,.???
