Jyothika was asked to do in the film ‘Sree Ramadas’. Although she said ‘yes’ initially, eventually she dropped the idea. Many have been drawing conclusions on her decision when they have seen her in the sets of Ram Gopal Varma’s ‘Shock. She has been spending in the sets (although her part gets finished for the day) of ‘Shock’ to talk with Ram Gopal Varma.
It was revealed unofficially that Varma is planning to make a multi-ligual scientific thriller in Hindi, Telugu and Tamil.
He has been looking out for the options in Hindi among Sharukh, Akashay and John Abraham. Nagarjuna is the only Hobson’s choice for Varma in Telugu version. He is looking out for Surya (as Varma impressed with ‘Kakka Kaakka’ and ‘Ghajni’) for Tamil version as well. An interesting aspect is that Jyothika and Surya are co-producing the film in Tamil. Hence she has been talking to Varma in that aspect.
Apart from anything else, the luckiest man is Ravi Teja who is acting in RGV’s shadow by pairing up with Jyothika.
Hence the lock (along with key of his next venture) is in the hands of Varma, Jyothika is in her ‘Shock’ and the luck goes to Ravi Teja.
